Response Time
Our support team aims to respond to most inquiries within one business day. Simple account or payment questions are usually handled quickly, while more complex issues - such as detailed security checks, KYC or payout investigations - can take longer depending on their nature. We’ll keep you updated on progress and provide an estimated timeframe when a case requires extra review.
Feedback
We’d love your feedback, suggestions or ideas to improve the site. Send us your thoughts about games, payments, promotions or anything that would make Dreams easier to use. All feedback is reviewed carefully by our team and helps shape updates, fixes and new features so we can improve the service and user experience for players across Canada. Thank you for helping us get better.
